Hank Hoagies Mark's simple-minded but sensible younger brother, well-liked by most people because of his stark contrast to the impulsive Mark. Also Mark's partner-in-crime and lover of hot-dogs. Tammy Hoagies Mark's wife and a nurse, one of the more reasonable characters on the show — and one of the few people who can put up with Mark's antics. Darren Tammy's son and Mark's stepson. A normal teenager who loves video games and is constantly annoyed by Mark's schemes. David Jinglebells Neighbor to Mark, tends to be more timid and submissive. Husband to Andrea. Andrea Jinglebells Wife to David, neighbor to Mark. A sharp businesswoman who sometimes lets her financial instincts get in the way of her better judgement. Mernft Man Friend and neighbor to Mark, always helps the guys with his connections to the shady underworld of Glantontown and abroad.
